Q1: Is delivery and collection free?

Q2: Do you offer breakdown cover
A: You will receive a local contact number to help and support your complete hire period on delivery day

Q3: Can I hire pedals?
A: Yes, we offer SPD, SPD SL, Look Keo and flat pedals. Or bring your own we will fit on delivery day

Q4: Do you offer insurance against theft or loss?
A: NO, the customer is fully responsible for replacement costs if lost or stolen. No Spanish insurance companies offer theft or loss on commercial bikes and rental agreements currently (we would advise you to have personal insurance i.e. travel and other risks from your own risks before travelling)

Q5: How can I pay my deposit?
A: Every bike has a 300 euro holding deposit. This can be paid via a block on your credit card or cash on delivery day. This will be refunded if the bike returns in the same condition as it was delivered on collection day.

Q6: What if I get lost?
A: Call the help and support number you will receive when the bike is delivered. We want you to enjoy your time with us and will support you all the way.
