Michael was very quick to respond to our bike hire needs in the hills above Altea last week. He delivered the bikes, on a Sunday, at the agreed time to Casa Guadalest cycle retreat as required and collected them out of hours too so we got a full days ride in 👌🏼
Great bikes and great service. Bike hire was simple to sort out online, and the delivery was incredibly convenient (I was staying pretty close by, but from chatting with Mike, it sounds like they cover a huge area around all the Costa Blanca cycling hotspots). I’ll definitely be using Alfas Bike Hire next time I’m in the area.
We were in Benidorm for the CycloCross World Cup Jan 2026 and used Alfas Bike Hire during our trip.
Michael was brilliant from start to finish — he arranged both the hire bikes and our airport transfers, and even turned up for the pickup with the bikes already on the car so we could get out riding that same afternoon.
We hired Basso bikes, which were perfect for the longer rides we had planned, including the Coll de Rates. Communication throughout was spot on, the price was very reasonable, and he fitted the pedals we needed without any fuss.
Everything worked perfectly with the bike rental. The road bike was excellent, the delivery service was super, and the support for planning my routes was incredibly helpful. I’m looking forward to renting again on my next vacation!:)
