Welcome to our new and exciting venture of excellent cycling routes and beautiful landscapes – Alfas Bike Hire.
We have spent so many holidays in this area and enjoyed road cycling on some of it’s most thrilling routes and seen many of it’s most beautiful landscapes. This is where Alfas Bike Hire was born.
Our wish is to now enjoy our hobby, gain a work life balance and have a lifestyle change in this relaxing and welcoming environment, putting to use our many years of experience of hiring bikes locally.
Avoid the dark and dull winter months of the UK and Northern Europe by spending your free time in a beautiful, warm climate with us.
We will support you from your initial enquiry, ensuring your cycling experience is one to remember and, hopefully, want to repeat.
We can offer suggestions for routes, distances and high intensity training experiences in this perfect cycling area, which will help you to maintain, or increase, those all-important training kilometres.
We will help by supporting your enthusiasm, sharing our knowledge and giving you the most rewarding experience and maybe make some new cycling friends along the way!

A** service from Alfas Bike Hire! Was recommended a Ribble 105 di2 by Michael, it was delivered to my hotel. It was a joy to ride on the smooth tarmac of costa blanca, good safe roads and drivers. Will be back in the future.

Brilliant service and couldn't recommend highly enough! I booked the hire a few weeks ahead of the holiday and they were super responsive to the questions I had via email. The bike was delivered and collected from the door of my hotel with helmet and pedals choice included, saving me packing my own for the trip. The bike behaved perfectly and was well in its comfort zone up Puerto de Tudons and even a late run up the much steeper run up to the cross in Benidorm. One of the only places I could find that accommodates one day hire in Benidorm so very flexible to however much or little you want to do. 5 star!
Just perfect. The bike was great, delivery and pick up were easy and Michael was very helpful.

Booked this bike hire service before travelling to Spain, not used it previously but was pleasantly surprised that delivery to local areas was free! Other competitors wanted 55€. Service was brilliant and prompt, support also available if you ever become unstuck on your ride! Bike itself was spot on, no issues, new model as per picture, 105 di12 was seamless on long arduous climbs! Fully recommended I’ll certainly be using again!
I was staying in the La Nucia area for a few days,I contacted Michael from Alfas Bike Hire he delivered and picked the bike up again from my accommodation, he also gave good advice on routes that was interested in.The whole experience was hassle free.and the bike was perfect.
A great service with quality road bikes. Michael went out of his way to ensure both the "on time" delivery to our hotel and set up of the Riddle bikes our LCRC Ireland cycling club had rented, allowed us concentrate on our trip to Calpe. Excellent service start to finish. Quick response to messages. Michael also offers an airport transfer service which was very helpful (and good banter). Bikes were in great condition and were perfect for our week in the mountains. All round great value for money and will be using him again in the near future.

I highly recommend this bike rental business. I rented a well-maintained 12-speed carbon road bike equipped with Shimano 105 gears for a ride in the hills near Benidorm. The owner provided excellent service, including delivery and pickup at my address, bike fitting, and a suggestion for a quiet, scenic route.
Great bike with great service. The bike looked like new, or almost new. I ordered it through the website form, and it was delivered to my apartment. The option to pay by card is a great convenience.

I hired 2 bikes, for myself and my son. We were only in the area for the weekend and after a few emails with Michael he offered to help us out. Michael could not have been more helpful, very accommodating with our requirements and a pleasure to deal with. Delivered and picked up from our hotel. Highly recommended! Following a crash of my own bike, Alfa delivered to my hotel that evening. Michael knows his stuff. Great bike with modern Shimano 105 super smooth electronic gearing, set -up and serviced perfectly. Very reasonable prices. Helps having a Brit to talk too if your Spanish isn't great. Plus he rides too and “gets it”
We hired two road bicycles in September for a week. The road bicycles were absolutely excellent with the latest disk brake and electronic shifting on board. The friendliness of service was second to none throughout. We have hired bicycles in many areas before and I can honestly say this was without doubt, our best experience. The area of La Nucia is a splendid base to cycle on quiet hill roads and visit little Spanish villages, a world away from the main tourism areas. The terrain there is hilly but very rewarding with stunning views around every corner. We have already decided that we will definitely be going back there.
These guys are great - nothing is a problem to them and if you need ajrport shuttle service, talk to them too...they will help organise it.

Brilliant, friendly bike hire service. Hired a bike for one day, they brought it (a choice of 2 actually) to my hotel the evening before my ride, and then picked it up after. Responded promptly to my emails. Bike came with a spare tube, levers and pump. My only regret was not hiring it for a few more days. Highly recommended.
